We started as a passion project off the back of winning Grillstock 2017 and started making our signature cali style high grade smash burgers during the first lock down. Running out of fierce and noble brewery In st Werburghs Bristol, we started to grow a loyal customer base which led to us winning burger chef of the year 2021 at the national burger awards and then returning in 2022 and getting the crown prize best Uk burger, and features in complex mag, the burger show and several national papers.
